Never return phone calls. Maintenance issues are never fixed. I live alone and am never home but my energy is always well over $100, due to my air constantly running. Gates are constantly broken. They'll promise the world to get you to sign the lease and then forget all about you. Do not move in here!!!
How many times is it going to take you to fix my air conditioning before it actually starts working again?! This is ridiculous! Especially since everytime it's on a Friday and you don't do anything about it until Monday. Are you aware it's FLORIDA and it's 90+ outside?! It's hotter in my apartment!!!!
Have not had anything to complain about. . . love swiming up to the bar in the pool ! ! !
