I have been living here for around 2 months and I honestly only have good things to say about Solis. Let me start with the facilities, for the reasonable rent price you are getting a state of the art gym, game room, racketball court, basketball/ tennis, Jacuzzi, .... The maintenance is snappy and friendly. I have not had any problems with the neighbors and I gotta say the place is beautiful and well kept. The people that work at Solis are really friendly, i've been there 2 years and i feel satisfied and happy. Vanelis is always helpful and professional.
Great experience! Improvements are constantly being made to increase the quality for residents.
I had a great experience with Solis maintenance was done on time and the Management was great and very attentive great apartments.
My moving process was awesome. Briana helped me a lot. She is the best!
I enjoy living at Solis Winter Park, Is a home away from Home. Brianna & Vanelis are always welcoming and helpful, my work orders always get completed on a timely matter. I always enjoy the pool area and fitness center.
I always enjoy coming to the community office and talk with Vanelis and Gina, they always help with all my concerns and work orders. I like living at Solis at Winter Park i will recommend anyone to live here.
So far so good . Good, quite comunity. Close to everything.
Maintenance staff isn't knowledgeable. Very poor customer service. All around not a friendly environment.
