My daughter lived there and her apartment was broken in to and she and I both called many times to tell them the lights were out for months leading from the parking lot to her apt and they did nothing. I have pictures from when I went there and how dark it was. She had to move for fear of living there and they had the nerve to charge her 2 months rent for breaking her lease. The sheriff informed us that Solis has many break-in's and it is quite common. I suggest you to look elsewhere for apts. One that is safer to live. Upse... read more
I was having the worse day after my AC unit died of old age. When I came into the office Courtney turned my day around and relived me of my worries! When I came back from school, the killer maintenance crew swap out my AC unit and I was cool runnings! Thanks you Courtney and the Maintenance Crew solis you rock!
Solis Apartments are very nice, I love the scenery and how Solis has two pools. The staff is always so helpful from the office to the maintenance crew. Special thanks to Gina the leasing manager who leased me into my apartment and Courtney and Brianna who are always so helpful in the office. Great place!
Trash is always outside our neighbors doors and the office could care less. Maintenance was is my apartment with the door wide open without any notice. They move my furniture and told it would take a few hours. Definitely not worth the price. Please stay away from this complex.
I am living here for over six months. I love everything! My place is really neat. The view from my window is like I am in Venice! The stuff, so far are really nice and helpful. I would recommend very much to rent here, where is close to everything...
This Place sucks and the office staff is rude and a complete C***. Overpriced and shitty quality apartments for the price your paying. Run from these apartments. Not worth a penny you give them including the crime there is just as bad. Had my apartment broken into and still got charged for the door that got kicked in. Didn't pay it still
