I just renewed my lease here and I love it! Front office is always up to speed with handling any matters. Gina, Brianna and Marvin are the best in resolving any issues. Maintenance is always quick! Which is surprising... the community always puts together community events which is great to get to know your neighbors. Overall, Grey Star at Solis is the real deal. You wouldn't be disappointed.

I've been living at Solis for a very long while and from beginning until the end the entire staff and property managers have been amazing. From the minute you walk in, you're greeted by Vanelis, Bri or Gina with the biggest smiles. They really care about their residents! Maintenance were excellent with the response to service requests and the recreation areas have always been well kept and managed. Thanks a million for making my living experience essential. <3
Gina is the best! This office is BLESSED to have her, she is always acting in a timely manner and is very empathic/sympathetic. She is always there for the residents, I had a personal issue and she noticed, talked to me about it and brought me tissues... long story short she is the bomb! People don't do this anymore, thank you for caring about the people in this community. They have nice service. Michelle is cool. The place looks nice with the pools and ponds and stuff.
This place is amazing and everyone that works in the office are the best. Any little problem they find a solution! Highly recommend!! Also Michelle is amazing!

Michelle is the best! Everyone at solis is always friendly and helpful. The gym is very nice and the game room is fun.
