Inspector was courteous , efficient and thorough. After inspection I received email with pictures and detailed explanations of findings within the house. I would recommend any home buyer to use Solid City for their inspection!
The inspector was early for the appointment, professional, honest, and explained every step of the process that he would take during his inspection. He took detailed notes on every room and gave me an instant synopsis of his findings. He was knowledgeable in all aspects within the house (codes, plumbing, electric, construction). Solid City did an excellent job, they are on time, professional, and thorough. They came early in the morning and finished quick. I was able to find out about some minor water damage and associated mold so that I wasn't surprised a year later. With their thermal camera they were able to spot a section of wall that apparently was once a window, which did not have any insulation and caused a cold spot in the living room. Anyhow, I was happy!
I was looking to buy a new house with my wife in Long Island and before we finished closing we had Tom do a home inspection.
