Parking Sucks- management allows their construction employees to put cones up so they can save 5 spots plus their personal vehicle. This is a major unconvince to residents and their guest.
Please do not believe anything this page or its reviews say all the reviews are staff from a new management company and they do not actually live here. There is no lake or sand beach there is a regular retention pond and no big renovations have been made yet because they only took over last week. The old name is Neptune Bay and I was hopeful that new management would be better than what we had the past few years but seeing these lies is upsetting and Im losing hope quickly.
