Well on this property hope you have pen and paper to take notes. Amazing complex! We felt very welcomed from the start! The rennovations they did were top class and makes the complex feel like HOME. They are always professional and they go above and beyond to help in any way they can!! The only thing we're worried about is the rent going up too much. Since it's now been converted to luxury apartments, we fear the rent being raised too high. Other than that, no complaints!
I have been a tenant at Neptune Bay Apt. for 3 years now. I have to say the change made so far with the new management in place, LOOKS GREAT so far! The office staff is professional and get things done in a timely matter. Of cuz there is a lot to improve especially in the apartments; and if the name change is going to have the word " LUXURY" keep that in mind. All apartment must be renovated. So far we are happy with the change. GOOD JOB!
