Get new management! As the other guy said...definitely not there for the tenants. They deal with issues by addressing ALL tenants instead of the bad ones directly but I guess that means you would have to actually get up from a desk and do something. Luxury apartments...not even close. Be careful if you rent there. Great location but nothing else.

I'm surprised with those reviews. I came here because the schools ,I'm single father and that was important for me, I live here from 2008 to present never a problem or any issues whatsoever, very friendly and caring and everything so close. The power light never went off when all those huracanes came between all those years I live in because st cloud police department is like .5 miles from the complex

Better trash service, replace the staff with people who actually want to have customers. Apartment manager is condescending, argumentative, and rude. They do not answer their phones and are constantly understaffed. They close their office early regularly.
great place to live very quiet and clean and when I need something fix is done fast. The staff is awesome and every month they do something with the residents.

Management Is Absolutely Horrible , they Act as If any issue that comes up is a Inconvenience to Them and make it a big deal to come out . Emergency Maintenance Hung up on us Lastnight after calling about our A/C unit not working and it being 86 Degrees in the house and Property manager told us to Stop Making Allegations Against Employees . We loved the place 3 months ago when we moved in but Overall I Do Not Recommend Living here Definitely overpriced for The service you get from the Employees and Staff
Management is a joke. We were over charged when we moved out. They claim They care about the safety of people living there. They didn’t do crap about the guy who almost ran over my son or hit my car backing into the handicap spot he parks in when he wasn’t handicap.
