Really great way to keep fit...nice judgement free place to work out.
The box is clean and has good equipment. The owner Andrew really cares about his members and even drop ins. He created great workouts and was very motivational. The hours are very good and everyone was very friendly.This box is an ideal box for becoming a member or just dropping in while on vacation or in the area.
My wife and I were visiting from out of town and dropped in for a few days. Andrew really took care of us. the WODS were great and the coaching was impressive. We totally felt right at home thanks again Andrew
