Absolutely love Andrew and everyone that goes. Such an inviting environment! Everyone is positive and always helpful!
I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape for the new year. Crossfit is unlike anything I had ever done before. It is high intensity, fast paced, and pushes your mental and physical abilities to the limit. Andrew, the trainer/owner, does a great job at making sure of that! He will motivate and push you but has the knowledge and experience to guide you and make sure you're not going to hurt yourself. Today was my first visit to Soldier City Crossfit. My experience was great. Andrew was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I will be returning. I would recommend giving this box a try.
