I'm so excited to write his review! Today was my first day and first attempt at crossfit. I had an amazing time, Andrew was amazing and patient. Everyone in the gym was super friendly and positive! I can't wait to go back
The box is awesome. Andrew is super motivating, helpful, and takes the time to show you how to do each workout properly so that you get the most out of your workout and stay safe. Best of all, I am growing confidence because I am amazed at what I am able to accomplish each week. The safe corner booth for the kids to play in is a very helpful solution for parents who say they have no one to watch the kids while they workout. I set up right next to it so that I can keep an eye on my daughters while their Mama gets healthy.
Highly recommend SCCF! Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, energetic, and motivating coaches, amazing facility with lots of space and equipment, and the athletes were so friendly and encouraging. Great atmosphere; definitely feels like family after spending just one hour here!
