A friend of mine asked me to try it with her and I was hesitant because I was intimidated by the word crossfit. Let me tell you how wrong I was. Andrew was right there the whole time teaching me the proper techniques and explained everything thoroughly. I walked out of there on the first day so pumped. I was in town visiting for a week and wanted a place to work out so I Googled CrossFit in the area and found Soldier City. Andrew took his time answering my questions on the phone, making me feel welcomed to come try a class. As a newbie, I received plenty of attention, personal explanations of how to do the exercises and never felt intimidated by others at the gym.
