Every single time we order, we have problems with this company. This time I called in my order 2 weeks ago and they told me no problem its on the way. I am now on my last port and still no shipment. I called them up and they told me my prescription was no good. So they waited two weeks after i called to contact my doctor and they never did contact me. Done with this company. i cannot have my lifeline be in this companys hands.

Called on 06/04/19 to reorder supplies. Called back 06/10/19. Explained I was out of supplies. I was told, “in review” and would ship out that day. Called back again on 06/12/19 I was told, “in review”. This is very frustrating.

This is a truly terrible company. They mail me supplies i did not order and do not mail me supplies i do order. They have very long waits to get phone calls entered and when you take advantage of their system to leave a message for a call back, they literally never call back. They just mailed me about $4,000 worth of diabetic supplies that i did not order on December 31 because that way they can bill my insurance.

Solara has gotten my order correct probably 20-25% of the time that I’ve been working with them over the past 3 or 4 years. They do not care about patient wellbeing in the slightest. They care about making a profit and are happy to watch customers suffer in the process, as long as they are making money. The only reason I continue to do business with them is because my insurance forces me to. Avoid at all costs if you are able. The reviews are true to how Solara treats their customers.

I've had type 1 diabetes for 65 years. Solara is one of the worst Medical Supply Mail Order companies with which I've ever had to deal. In a little over a year that I've been their Medicare customer, I think I received their supplies once on time. Their response rate is terrible. I leave messages because I'm so far down the queue; which causes me to feel sorry for the customers who are talking to their reps.
