Solara Medical Supplies is the WORST. Their incompetence and inefficiency is seriously DANGEROUS for a company that is supposed to provide medical supplies. I have unfortunately been dealing with them for the past couple of years because - for God knows what reason - my insurance demands that I get my Dexcom G6 sensor supplies through them. They have always been a pain to deal with - deliveries are always late, they don't ship supplies and they don't know why, I ask for 90 days supplies and they send 3 sensors, I have to cal... read more

I have spoken with 5 people since 10/8/2020. I still have not received my daughters transmitters for her Dexcom. She has been in DKA two times now in the month of October. I have constantly been put on hold and no one can seem to figure it out. This is our children's lives. I have never had this issue before. Voice message, emails etc. I am still waiting and it is 10/27/20. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Even the doctors are having trouble. If I could elect zero stars that would be the rating that I would select. They are the most deficient supply company that I have ever dealt with and having diabetes for 50 years I have dealt with several. To begin with, it is difficult to reach a representative and you will likely spend hours on terminal hold. It eventually boots you off hold and to a voicemail but don’t bother leaving a message as they never return the call. What ever you do, don't ever autopay. You cant get them to stop, even when they fail to send product. They keep billing my card and not sending anything. Not only that they were dropped as an in network provider by Humana and made my sensors twice as expensive, and I can't get them to stop. Crooks and frauds as far as I am concerned. zero stars if possible. Will not return calls, go elsewhere.

Terrible company and a DANGER to humanity!! 3 year old daughter T1 requires her diabetes testing supplies and was defaulted to use this company from Hell because that that is who Tricare Humana Military recommended. They NEVER fill orders in a timely manner and IM*POS*SIB*LE to reach either through the website, app, or phone. I am working now to change my provider with Tricare. DON'T USE SOLARA FOR DEXCOM Solara sent my G6 sensors via United States Postal Service. I still don't have the sensors. They were shipped on April 23rd and today is the 30th. They are still lost in the mail according to tracking. After several calls to Solara they basically refuse to do anything about the problem. It is not their fault so go jump in a lake is their attitude. Furthermore contacting Dexcom about supplier issues is virtually impossible. So next month's supply will be ordered through Walgreens. I never wrote a review before but feel compelled to explain how terrible this company is with customer service. After three weeks of phone calls many left messages I still am not using my monitor. They just send partial products and bill my debit card. Do yourself a favor and do not get stuck in this trap. It is not at all worth it. My health is only at more risk due to this company.

They no longer answer the phone at any of their numbers. You have to leave a msg but they don't return call. I had a 10-day lapse between my sensor deliveries last time. They actually lied to me twice, saying my device had been shipped and it had not been. So I wanted to see if this delivery had gone out yet and there is no way to contact them by phone. You have to use the new system called trace on the Apple App Store. Older people have difficulty using the app store. I wish I didn't have to deal with these people to... read more

This company fucking sucks its always something every single time I'm beyond frustrated and can't wait to switch over to Medtronics for my son's supplies. It's always something who the hell receives a prescription on Wednesday and processes it on Friday. They sent me an email in January saying that my supplies were on the way I didn't order any I called them they said the email was a mistake and I had no supplies on the way then I got a bill!
