Terrible. Go somewhere else. Will back bill you 6 months after not notifying you of changes to cost/insurance.
Always a 1 - 2 hour hold. They promised me an email to return unused G6 transmitters but haven't recieved it. Employees are nice IF you can ever get one. Wish there were somewhere else!
Worst customer service I have ever received. 1+ hour to answer the phone. Constantly using excuses for late deliveries. Once they sent me the wrong equipment, then lied saying my doctor had ordered it, which he had not. Not so much as I am sorry. Barely understand the agents who are usually rude and unhelpful. If you can get someone else to supply your Libre Free Style 2 sensors, strongly suggest you do so. This company is by far the worst .I have dealt with!!!!Over 2 months and still no product .They don’t reach out to you to let you know anything .You have to contact them with hours of wait still not to be any resolved issues.Don’t waste your time .
Sherrie J. This is beyond the worst. I have been on the phone for two day 2 hours each day for undelivered supplies and overcharges. People I have had enough! Not the first time. Calling a health advocate with insurance company and attorney with my husbands job. Hopefully I will get my supplies and there will be cosequences to such negligence.
This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are all a bunch of liars and cheaters. I am going to be finding a new company to get my medical supplies from. I recommend you do it now before it's too late they are the worst.
Solara gives the worst and most unprofessional service we have ever encountered. I detest being lied to and given the run-around. Should NEVER happen with a company dealing with Diabetes healthcare. I would stay away from them unless you like being treated like a fool.
If they had a option for "0" that would be my grade for this inept company. Waited almost 21 days to follow up with my Doctor after they sent a fax for a refill without notifying me of the lack of a response. Rep for Solara stated the policy was Solara should have followed up 7 days after a "no response." Lost one month of supplies based on Solara's lack of follow through on my refills. When I complained the rep said it was the Doctor's fault. Will be changing to US Med
Solera company is terrible with an utterly unprofessional service. They delayed sending Liber 2 to my elderly mom who is a serious diabetic patient. I went through 4 different Solera representatives, with tons of wait time and no result. Finally I asked to speak to manager and got transferred to a voice machine, very frustrating! The experience dealing with them is terrible. I’d advise people not to use this company
