I had a great customer experience with everyone at Solar Optimum. I was referred by a neighbor who recently had the Powerwall battery installed and he told me Solar Optimum also did his solar. I was able to get an appointment to speak with a solar rep the same day and received a full quote in just a few hours. After speaking to 2 other companies, Solar Optimum provided the best value and they've been around longer than the others which put me at ease.

I was referred to Solar Optimum through a family member who had also chosen their service. I had already spoke to a few other companies but after seeing the warranties, their rankings and all the great reviews not just from family it was hard not to schedule a call with them. My system would cover all my energy for the year and still some in case I needed to use my AC more (as requested). I have had the solar running for the past 3 months and so far have practically eliminated our bills.

I am someone who think about long-term ROI, I know going solar was something I would do "at some point" After learning more about it, I decided to finally take the plunge and install solar on my home. I decided that with the increase in the value of my home that I would also do the same with my investment properties as well. Great company and great staff at Solar Optimum.

Exceptional company! I contacted Solar Optimum because a good friend who has recently had a system installed recommended them to me and my experience has been nothing but positive. Every encounter with Solar Optimum was professional and pleasant. I have had my system for almost a year and the best part of it all is that actually has been over performing. I highly recommend Solar Optimum.

We recently did a major renovation of our home and we always knew that solar and backup storage would be part of that projects. We researched several companies in our local area and we picked Solar Optimum because of their reviews and warranties. Ben helped us design a system that would meet our needs perfectly and we ended up installing a 6.45 KW system complete with Tesla battery so we can store some energy for when we need it (we are considering buying an electrical car). 5 stars.

****** was very knowledgeable and professional and available through the process to answer all of my questions. Because of social distancing, our first meeting was a virtual meeting and it was nice to be able to put a face to the person we were doing business with. It was a really big decision to get a solar system for our home and we were a little nervous about having to have our meetings online because of COVID, but it went so much better and he answered all our hundreds of questions with a smile. From the very first meeting, Mark made sure we understood how it all worked, how to finance the system, any tax credits available and also how he would be taking care of all the permits. The installers did a great job too and we are very excited to start our new, green lifestyle.

I wanted to go solar last year right before the summer season hit. After meeting with a few local companies I chose to go with Solar Optimum due to the amount of knowledge they were able to bring to the table. Even after the install I had a small issue at which point I called in. They took my information and were able to resolve my requesting less than 2 days which really made me fel like they had my back, well after the process was complete. It's good to know there are companies out there that still care.

I decided to add the Tesla Powerwall to my home after the 2 years of owing solar. The solar was great but having that dependence throughout the year is good to know. I added the battery so we would be taken care even in the event of an outage and with the rebates and tax credits ended up being a great addition to my system. They even had a guy that took care of my rebate submissions which made the choice that much easier with Solar Optimum.
