First, Solar Optimum puts a lot of effort into removing negative reviews on any review site through a number of ways. They've even resorted to manipulation and deception in my case. They consistently show their heavy-handed approach rather than focusing on actually improving customer service. Solar optimum got the job done at the end of the day, when others simply would not consider a non-southward facing roof. I was aware an east/west array paired with a self consumption battery would adequately ensure complete electricity independence from grid, if the ** was accurate.I appreciate Solar optimum taking on the project and adjusting through several design iterations along the way.
