I originally signed with another company to install a solar system but things didn't work out with them. I won't mention names but they were terrible and their customer service was so poor. I did more research and came across Solar Optimum thanks to a co-worker's recommendation. Glad I did. Process went smoothly and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Compared to the other solar company I worked with originally, Solar Optimum deserves a 10 star, not just a 5.

Solar Optimum was very helpful and friendly during the entire process of going solar at my home. Everything was done and installed as promised. My family is happy we did it and we highly recommended Solar Optimum.

I was a little apprehensive about solar. A few of my neighbors got solar systems installed and so I started to look into it. I called Solar Optimum and they turned out to be a lot more knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. I signed with Solar Optimum and my system will be installed in a couple of weeks. Great customer service and very friendly staff. I'll be sure to write a follow up review once the system is up and running.

I met with a few companies and took notes on all. I was able to cross some out when comparing the materials they used but it came down to Solar Optimum and some of the larger companies like Sunrun. I chose Solar Optimum due to the materials, pricing and the fact that every time I called I was able to connect with the people I needed to speak to instead of being passed ******* I knew that down the line it would prove just as important to know I can speak to my rep when I needed to. I had solar on my house already when I moved in but was still paying a rather hefty bill. My current system was just no providing me the energy I needed. I spoke with Will at Solar Optimum and was able to install a new system to add to my offset. I was finally able to cut out my utility bill and enjoy all my solar production.

We contacted Solar Optimum for quote after having already talked to several other installers and Solar Optimum is clearly a step above the rest. It was a no-brainer for us to sign with them for our solar system. We had a 6kW Panasonic system installed on our home to save money because we are a family of five and we use a lot of electricity. After we had our system installed, we actually noticed a huge difference almost right away.

I got my system installed a few months ago and I have been really happy with my choice to go solar. Before I was always hesitant to use anything in my house including my AC which was frustrating during those summer months. I was able to finance my system and pay a monthly cost that was way lower than the cost of running my AC all day. Now I am comfortable in my home year around without the worry of having to pay for it.

I reached out to Solar Optimum for a solar quote but also learned they handle roofing as well. They played it all safe by holding video and phone calls rather than in person meetings. They gave me a very competitive quote and after talking to others, they won my business. I plan on getting the Powerwall before next summer too.
