We worked with Ed from Solar Optimum and if the rest of the staff are as professional and responsive as him, they will go very far. we needed a lot of information before we were comfortable making a purchase because we were new to the world of solar, and we had all our questions answered promptly. We felt very comfortable working with Solar Optimum and we recommend them.
Solar Optimum installed our solar panels a couple of weeks ago and we are super happy with them. Even in the short time we've has the panels, they have already completely changed the game in terms of electricity costs. We can honestly say that getting solar panels is the best purchase we have ever made for our home. We loved working with Solar Optimum because they are professional, honest, and informative. We had no issues with them throughout the whole process and we will absolutely refer them to friends and family.
Mark is a true pro. He quickly gained my trust by being open and honest and always answering my questions. Another thing I really liked is how he never tried to push me into buying something I didn't need. All his recommendations were truly relevant for me, and I never felt any pressure. Instead, I got a great deal because their brands are the best in the country and they are known for their high quality. I highly recommend Solar Optimum! My house was in need of renovations. When I started my search I found that I could add a lot of work onto my house and enjoy a large tax break. After talking with Mark I learned that my roof and electrical could also be upgraded. It was an easy decision from their. I was able to upgrade much of my home and install solar. It has been running smoothly since I put them on a few months ago and the savings have been great. I advise anyone looking into any upgrades call Solar Optimum.

My neighbor installed solar on his roof and shortly after my friend. I decided to look into this myself to see what this was all about. I met with a few companies before deciding on Solar Optimum. I was impressed from the start but the amount of information that they had readily available as well as the warranties they offered for ALL their parts. Since having gone with Solar Optimum I have already referred many work friends and family.
I have a nice sized solar system at my home. It wasn't until this summer that I realized that my solar would not last through the uncertainties facing the grid. I soon learned that pairing a back up battery to my system would allow me to continue generating power even though the grid would be down. I started looking into Solar after hearing about possible black outs during COVID. It was bad enough as is, I can't imagine staying at home with the electricity shut off. Solar Optimum crew was really nice and took into account the social distancing by giving us zoom conference which I had never done but was really great being able to do it as if he was in my living room. Our experience with Solar Optimum could not have been better. We had our first consultation via Zoom to maintain social distancing, and it went great. They explained the ins and outs of the system to us and also took care of all the paperwork for permits and rebates. With regards to the installation the crew were respectful and efficient and didn't leave a trace behind. We are extremely satisfied.
