I've worked hard fixing up my home over the last few years. I am very particular when it comes to allowing people to work on my house so I was a bit hesitant to go solar. After moving into our new home there were a few updates that were definitely needed. Among these was my main panel that was in need of upgrading to allow for all the new devices I planned on adding. I talked to a few electricians before speaking to my friend who had recently added solar to his home. He told me that I could also get my needs met, get solar and still receive money back. I have made numerous attempts to get this company to do what they said they would do. I've been lied to, calls not returned. They have a referral program that they refuse to honor. Very poor customer service, I'm sorry I used this company. Would never recommend them.

They did a great job. They kept their promises from day one and kept me informed with every step of the process. Every person I had contact with was nice, and I really like my consultant, Alex. I asked him a lot of questions during the process and he never failed to answer me. They are all very professional and the Panasonic panels they installed are perfect. It's definitely a great company to work with and I am happy to give them five stars.

Working with Solar Optimum was a wonderful experience. Mark designed my system was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in therms that was easy for me to understand, and when I signed with them, I had a very clear idea of what the process was going to be like, and how much I was going to be saving. He even talked to me about future expansion options. The installation was neat and fast, and my panels look really good. Overall, I only have positive things to say about Solar Optimum. Well done!

I called Solar Optimum because I read positive reviews and they made the process so easy. First, They gave me a complete breakdown on how much my system would produce and how much money I could expect to save and then they actually got me some rebates and credits that I didn't know about. I received my first bill today, and it is only $17! Thank you Solar optimum.

From the very first appointment to the day my solar system was switched on, Solar Optimum was beyond helpful. Mark made sure everything went well and kept in touch throughout the process to make sure I was informed of next steps. He took care of pretty much everything I needed and he also made sure I got the best deal. I really appreciate the service and I am excited about all the money I will be saving from now on!

Solar Optimum: On time, professional, clear information, fair pricing, friendly and punctual. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything I didn't need. They were honest and helpful, and the work was done with no problems. I have had my system for almost a year now and I wanted to write this review and give Solar Optimum 5 stars because I have been nothing but happy with my solar panels since day one.
