Solar energy is very complex and Solar Optimum know what they are doing. In our opinion, they were professional and helpful and did a great job designing and installing our new solar system. They are very detail-oriented and we got the feeling that they really want to do things right. They are very efficient, and they do things quickly, but it is without rushing the process. Overall we are very happy that we chose them over some of the other solar companies we talked to.

The best solar company in California! A couple of friends of ours recommended Solar optimum to us when we started talking about going solar. They were the first company we interviewed, and they encouraged us to talk to a few more companies before deciding, so we did. Zero stars! Cancelled contract with them. Poor communication and or next to none after have signed contract and finishing the installation. Until install day, big mess. No one knows what they are doing. Too many voicemails left And emails. Just a lot of run around. Imagine your system end up not working, it would probably take months for your system to get up and running by them. I don't know how they have such good raving reviews. It's been a headache. I wanted to write my review to relate my story to all the people asking me about my experience. I told everyone about the research I did when finding my solar company. I went through many finding out if they even covered my area. Once I found companies who did I looked at their products, Financing, options, warranties as well as their licencing. I sent out my info to about 4 companies who all sent in similar bids. In the end due to both materials and pricing I felt I got the best price and service from Solar Optimum.

Super easy process and very competitive price. Work was completed and activated within 5 weeks of the signing of the contract. Had a neighbor who was waiting on a company for over 7 months who I referred and they had them up and running in 2 months as well. Panels and system have been producing as much as advertised with zero issues and we have over-generated over $500 since system was installed in November.

Solar Optimum is the perfect solar company! Great prices, great brands, and great service. And what's even cooler is their awesome referral program. They actually paid me for referring my colleague when she decided to get solar as well (and I would have done that anyway because my experience with Solar Optimum was nothing but positive). I truly recommend them to anyone who want solar. They are so nice and great at what they do.

My family recently grew and my bills grew along with them. That is why I started to try and cut my bills down. When I listed all my bills I found to try electrical was one of the highest. I tried changing lights but nothing seemed to help much. I then thought about getting solar as an option. When I passed ** the windmills near Palm Springs I started thinking about going solar and green energy. After researching about loans and the quality of different products, I called a few solar companies and set up appointments with them. In the end I chose solar optimum for my home. They pulled permits and got my loan very quickly so they could start installing. I don't remember any problems during the job so I can only recommend that you go with them as well.

I've had my home for many years and it wasn't until my neighbor got solar that it started to peck my interest.
