Getting my first maintenance on a scooter I brought I thought it was going to 30 minutes to an hour they were much quicker than I thought. Won't be the my last visit I can tell you that.
I feel that Solano tries to take advantage of college students, doesn't actually know what they are doing, and is just trying to make money. They do not handle situations well and I will never go there again. I went to Solano with my scooter and I told them the problems I was experiencing with it, being that it wouldn't turn on unless I kick started it and also it wouldn't idle, it would just die every few seconds. They told me that there would be a diagnostic fee, which would be waved if I decided to have to have my scooter... read more
