I took my moped in last year to be serviced and the woman there was very rude. I asked to see my bike just so I could see what was done. The crew there were respectful they brought me back and showed me the repairs. The woman how ever with the attitude said you cant be back here you need to leave. Then when it was time to put my bike back together, we were told it would be only a 15 minute wait time which turned into a 2 hour wait time when I dropped it. It was wonder the mopeds are the best the employees are super nice and fast it is the best moped dealer in Gainesville I am 100% sure of that
Was looking for a used Genuine Buddy 50 and they had exactly what I needed at the price I was looking to pay. Kendall was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the scooter and very helpful throughout the entire transaction. Nice to see employees who actually know the details of the products they are selling. Definitely ask for Kendall when you go there. Would highly recommend Solano Cycle!
Went to the shop multiple times waiting for a part for my scooter and it never came in due to the fact that the staff hadn't called in the part. When I was getting my scooter speedometer fixed, it broke within a matter of hours and they ended up tampering with my light instead of actually fixing the problem that I came in with. I feel like every time I go in to get my scooter serviced, something is wrong with it shortly after.
