Bought two scooters today. They were all extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. Very knowledgable and super nice. Had a great experience!!
If you're looking to get your scooter repaired in a timely manner, look anywhere else but Solano Cycle of Gainesville. They are sloppy and they know it. They promise to call with updates, but unless you constantly pester them to get work done, it will be put off for months. That is, if they pick up the phone. Just saying, I'm sure there are other scooter places in town that are much more reliable and friendly. And cleaner. I feel like there's only two people that work here at any given time, which does not help the problem.
They helped me pick a scooter. I probably should have gotten the jumbo but it's not that serious. Happy with the service and happy I have a warranty.

There once was a scooter from Nantucket...that had some leakage and blockage. The belt was loose and the brake was stuck so it traveled to get its liquids pumped. Solano Cycle was the place to be where they pumped it up and doubled checked it. After more parts were ordered from the courteous staff, we drove off into the sunset, having a blast! Thanks Solano Cycle!
