Getting my first maintenance on a scooter I brought I thought it was going to 30 minutes to an hour they were much quicker than I thought. Won't be the my last visit I can tell you that.
The staff here is great. They just got rid of some douchebag that was insulting the customers and trashing their reputation. I'm not asking you to lie, but the next time you're out this way, stop in and ask some questions. And then leave an honest google review. They need some positive feedback to overwrite the bad stuff this guy invoked.
I feel that Solano tries to take advantage of college students, doesn't actually know what they are doing, and is just trying to make money. They do not handle situations well and I will never go there again. I went to Solano with my scooter and I told them the problems I was experiencing with it, being that it wouldn't turn on unless I kick started it and also it wouldn't idle, it would just die every few seconds.
