Kettler management is the worst! I have never seen such a sorry excuse for 5-star management. When it comes to providing a 5-star loving environment Kettler is completely incompetent.

Don't do it Literally the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful, but the management sucks. They haven't figured out their system, which makes living here awful. I feel like I'm back living in a college dormitory. Guest have to be escorted up, and parking is the worst. 15 guest spots (with a fee), for the entire building, with no other options (as they tow at the mall). Happy Camper I moved in right around the time management was switching over & I could not have been happier in my new home. Everyone on staff is so friendly even down to the people who clean the building and grounds. I don't have many maintenance needs because the building is still fairly new so nothing rarely breaks down. Some of my neighbors could stand to learn a little more respect for where they live & the rest of us who live here as well. First place of my own I have lived here for a little over 3 months and I have really appreciated my solitude! Its quiet and the leasing office has been understanding to my needs. I couldn't have picked a better location! Its so great that my best friend is going to move in!
Apartment is okay Pros: safe location. Location is not too far from metro or mall. There is a parking garage. Matience staff and cleaning staff amazing. Cons: guest parking is very limited. (14 spots for the whole building )You also have to pay $5. The elevators seem to be out of service. Can't get to the loby by using the stairs. Rent is high. Amenities don't compare to the other buildings. Walls are thin. They also limit your TV provider options. Overall I do like the apartment.
I love my apartment Our apartment is great. Located in the best part of Wheaton next to the metro, mall, la fitness and several grocery stores. Rent is competitive and there are great rent specials as well. There was one issue i had in the apt.. my bathroom ceiling had a leak that went unsolved for a few months but the main maintenance guy always communicated what was going on and even after such a long wait for the fix i got a credit for rent which was great. My rent is a little on the high end for the locati... My rent is a little on the high end for the location, but you do get a lot for your money. Parking is far less than surrounding properties in the area. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. Likes and suggestions: I like the staff more than anything. I was interested in renting an apartment, but gave up due to her inability in explain the deal that the company was offering. She was extremely rude and had a bad attitude when I asked about the 2 month FREE advertised on craigslist. Likes and suggestions: I liked the community but not management.
