Just what we needed! My family needed a place to lease while our home was being remodeled. Solaire apartments was the perfect fit. They were flexible, friendly, and helpful. Apartments were clean, safe, and anytime we needed something the staff was extremely responsive in helping out.
New staff is TERRIBLE The new staff is TERRIBLE! I know everyone sees the reviews about Felicia and sadly she is gone. The concierge desk LOST (it’s probably was stolen) a package I had delivered to me for a friend for Christmas. I tried to contact management several times and nobody has got back to me. Good luck getting your packages after 6pm if you don’t receive and email from luxer and trying to get back in the building if you get locked out because NOBODY will be there to let you in. Awesome Staff! The people in the leasing office were super helpful throughout the whole process. Felicia is an absolute rockstar! She was working around the clock to make sure all the issues were resolved and kept me updated. The assistant property manager, Dora, and property manager, Julie, were amazing with problem-solving the issues that I was experiencing. Overall, I’m happy with my experience. They all made a really difficult process, easy and enjoyable!
Moving during a pandemic I moved across the country during the pandemic so I was unable to see the apartments in person. But I had a virtual tour and I loved it. It checked off my boxes- hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, closets big enough for my clothes, high ceilings, lots of room and more importantly it’s DOG friendly! Felicia is super sweet! Love it! Very happy here. I have a corner space And it is absolutely beautiful. Particularly extremely impressed with the front desk folks (ms felicia & travis... splendid individuals) as well as ray in maintenance. There’s also a lady who I’ve seen cleaning on multiple occasions throughout these covid times. Location is great too! Walkable distance to a lot of things, affordable car rental opposite, zipcar on premise, etc. Interior, appliances are clean and nice. High ceilings! Washer, dryer, air conditioning. Amazing! Living here has been amazing! Even the people who work here are a pleasure to be around. Especially Felicia in concierge who is the absolute best! She’s always so cheery, nice, and always ready to help around here!

Fantastic living! I've lived here for almost two years and I've been so happly with the positive and upscale environment here and couldn't be happier with the staff! It starts with Felicia the best concierge in the world all the way to the maintenance staff. I've left repair orders online at midnight and had them at the door at 10am wanting to repair it. It's always like that. And I can't get enough of those 5-star amenities and pet-loving environment. Definitely a well-earned excellent rating from me, and I'm persnikity!
Excellent Customer Service I am overall satisfied with the front desk concierge service that is provided to the residents. Felicia, is always nice, caring, and reliable with all packages that are ordered by residents. She is kind, approachable, and loving with both residents and doggies. The new vending machines have also be a plus with lots of variety and consistently stocked, the last 2 vending machines were always empty! Overall living in the Solaire Wheaton is amazing that I referred friend!
