First time apartment I’ve lived at this building for 6 years, fresh out of college. I had a lovely time and sad to be leaving. Though the building has been through 3-4 different leasing companies they have all been exceptional in providing us residences with a great experience; from the leasing office to the maintenance staff. I highly recommend checking out Maven at Wheaton!

Rochelle Moving to Maven at Wheaton is best place I chose. When I first came to the the models, they were beautiful and I couldn't wait to move in. The manager Nicole was excellent, she explained every detail of the place and answered all my questions and when you come in you can see that the apartment is very well maintained and it always smells good. A perfect place to raise a family... I love the fresh new management team and staff and all the upgrades they are adding to the building. They are serious about making this place an excellent place to live and thrive and I love how accessible management is. Five stars from me!

Trash I’ve only live here 4 months and this place is a nightmare. The staff members were caught entering tenants units without authorization several times. The management wasn’t even aware of the issue until I brought it to their attention there was a notice in the elevator. The staff is incompetent and careless. NUMEROUS residents in the building have issues and NUMEROUS residents’ concerns have been ignored. It is a complete joke. The only thing good about this place is the bones. The management is poor . Don't do it Everything here is falling apart. No working elevator, lawn not maintained, broken doors, broken package retrieval system. Management is not helpful, and rude. AVOID
having some issues I’ve lived here since this summer. New building management, and there are some problems. The elevators usually don’t work and the one that works today is making some really rough sounding noises. Rent is way too high for what I am paying for. Great location though because I can walk to the subway. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Building has fallen into disrepair Solaire 10914 Georgia is a great place to live. This non-smoking apartment building provides residents with the ambiance of filthy carpets, cracked walls, and security lighting that doesn’t work and has been known to catch on fire. You’ll enjoy guessing which neighbors smoke as your bedroom smells like an ashtray and hallways smell of cigarettes and weed.
