Enjoyed a Spa Day with my girls. Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Staff members were all so kind and helpful. Beginning with Elizabeth who helped me plan my event and Amber who was very accommodating and friendly. Loved the variety of services offered and definitely will be back.
A few weeks ago, I reached out on a Naperville Moms FB page. I was looking for a special place to schedule my daughter and her friend’s first pedicure. Elizabeth reached out right away and helped me schedule the appointment that night!! The little ladies got the royal treatment today. Such a gorgeous salon with incredible people working there. Can not recommend enough!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!
EDIT (SEPTEMBER 2019): Since my previous post, I never received my complimentary massage. I did get reached out to, but the customer service was poor and I never received any type of confirmation of my appointment, so I guess I missed it? Or it was never scheduled? I don’t even know. I did not bother to follow up because, frankly, that is not my job and I was not impressed enough the first time to feel like I was really missing out. I had an amazing mani-pedi tonight with Ruby! Highly recommend this spa and Ruby... the entire staff was awesome and welcoming... will definitely return!
My husband and I went to get a couples massage here today & it was AMAZING! Everyone was so welcoming, kind and very sweet. The massages were the best! They customize the massage to meet your favorite scents and environment. We will definitely be coming back & recommending everyone to come here!
Just had the most amazing pedicure done! Emily was super kind, and very thorough. I had the worst calluses and she made sure to scrub them all off to give me baby soft feet! I am very grateful for the job she did 😊 My girls got their nails done, super friendly staff. I prebooked my next app already and they gave a nice discount on that as well 😀
I’ve been to plenty of salons and spas and this one tops all of them! The esthetician who gave me my facial had the best touch I’ve ever experienced and as a fellow esthie, that says a lot! I can’t wait to go back! It’s Absolutely gorgeous!
