Awful to customers. I advise to use another salon they do not treat people well at this salon
Relaxing, therapeutic atmosphere. Very zen experience with knowledgeable & talented staff.
I was in a few weeks ago for a massage and facial. I believe Ann did my facial and she was great! The lady who did my massage was nice also but I don’t remember her name. The problem: when I was getting my massage, the room I was in must of been next to an office or break room because I heard lots of conversation the whole time! Very distracting when you’re trying to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Definitely bummed about that!
Despite any positive service you may receive from this establishment, the lady who replies to reviews is absolutely anything but positive. I sure hope her disposition does not fall into their actual services to clients.
Unprofessional Customer service. Manager of Salon Threatend customer to remove negative review and if she not do so “ she would send a letter from her attorney for slander”.
The manager is extremely rude and clearly needs to take a class about customer service.
I highly recommend Solaia Salon. Very professional and knowledgeable. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. I not only love their services, I also love their products. I was losing my hair and it was very thin, my stylist Taylor recommended one of their products, and I've been using it and my hair has never looked so good. I always walk out of there feeling beautiful. Thank you to Taylor and Solaia for such a great experience every time I come in.
Rude manager, unfriendly faces. Their only way to get customers on the door is Groupon. Terrible customer service. Take your business somewhere else
