Taylor did beautiful work on my hair today w a great cut and balayage coloring. I’ve been thrilled with her skill and temperament each visit!! She’s also the first person I’ve found in my 52 years to bring the curl out without the frizz (magical)!
Absolutely the most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen. Manager actually threatened a customer on the business' social media page but later deleted it to cover her tracks. I wouldn't step foot in this business.
Natalie was great! First time at the salon, very clean, staff was very friendly. Mani and pedi were great! I would highly recommend!
I was treated to a, “Relax & Release Detox Body Treatment” for my birthday. Rachel did the treatment and it was amazing! This cold, harsh weather has been brutal on my skin. I left feeling relaxed, and my skin feels great-soft and hydrated! I opted not to get a massage after the treatment, but I wish I did! Next time I will be sure to book it with a treatment/massage combo!

Unprofessional Customer service. Manager of Salon Threatend customer to remove negative review and if she not do so “ she would send a letter from her attorney for slander”.
The manager is extremely rude and clearly needs to take a class about customer service.
Solaia is truly a luxury salon from the decor to the incredible drink selection. Salons can be an intimidating place but you the entire staff is beyond accommodating from the moment you call to book! I always walk out with hair better than my high expectations - their team definitely knows their stuff. The absolute BEST salon in the area! 10/10 would recommend Taylor for all of your color and styling needs!
I highly recommend Solaia Salon. Very professional and knowledgeable. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. I not only love their services, I also love their products. I was losing my hair and it was very thin, my stylist Taylor recommended one of their products, and I've been using it and my hair has never looked so good. I always walk out of there feeling beautiful. Thank you to Taylor and Solaia for such a great experience every time I come in.
