After 3 years of trying, I FINALLY got the exact hairstyle I’ve been wanting! Taylor listens to what you want, gives good advice for your specific hair, and has MAD SKILLS (cut & color)!!! They are also super accommodating when I have to bring my 5 year old. Thank you SOOOOOO much! 😃💁🏼♀️💖
With the help of Elizabeth, I was able to arrange several services for myself and 3 friends. We had such a nice girls' afternoon in your spa! The spa and the services were lovely!!
I received an amazing massage from Toni. It was so relaxing! I loved the atmosphere and decor, felt like I was on vacation!
Have been going here for at least a year and a half (maybe longer!) and I love this place. Reasonable prices, have been very happy with my stylists and practitioners. Elizabeth the beauty concierge is the BEST too!!
My wife went in for a full day of services and from the chaos at the very small front desk, to the stylists all running late, what should have taken 3 hours, took over 5 hours and she came home crying. Stay far away from this salon-they need better management.
I can’t even give this spa a 1. Thank goodness I only had a manicure. From chaos at the front desk to inexperienced technician it took 2 hours to remove a No chip base and have just polish applied. There was nothing relaxing about my experience. I could not wait to get out of there! You need total redesign of the space, it’s too crowded up front, hair blowing all over, people talking loud over the dryers. I came home took my polish off and did my own nails for the first time in 20 years. I won’t be back!
I received a gift card for my birthday for a facial and decided to treat my daughter as well! Elizabeth was so accommodating and knowledgable about the different facials and booking was so easy! It was such beautiful experience for the both of us! Staff was sweet, and the facials were fantastic! I have gone to multiple salons and this is by far the best facial I have ever received!! Nicole, thank you so much and I can't wait to see you again in 6 weeks :)
