I want to start off by saying I was recommended to one provider that I saw twice and I really felt like my feelings and concerns were put to the side. I was told one thing at first and by the second appointment I was told something else so my initial experience was awful. BUT, I switched over to Tanya and I have nothing but glowing things to say about her. Really piss poor providers. After my first appointment, the doctor rescheduled with me 4-5 times. After choosing a new doctor, they not only never provided me with a zoom link, but claimed i "walked out" of my in person appointment that was actually remote. They then cancelled my appointment without notice. That is 2 different therapists that lack communication and accountability. Do not use SOL. find a different care center.
Absolutely horrible. Demeaning, unhelpful, and didn’t take my problems seriously. Made some seriously ignorant statements for a trained professional. Will never be returning. Find somewhere else.
