Lived here for two years. Very good amenities. Staff members were helpful. Parking deck gates didn't always work reliably but this wasn't the fault of the staff or the company and repairs were made after some time. My vehicle was burglarized once in the outside parking area but the staff was helpful and I don't consider them or the complex responsible. I would consider the area mostly safe. Overall, it was a very good experience and I'd recommend Sojourn Glenwood Place.
Lived here almost two years. You will never have peace on the weekend and most evenings. The office nor the courtesy officer ever respond to any complaints. As I write this, techno is blasting through my apartment over my tv that is at a 20 volume. To the office reading this, I have screenshots and video proof….don’t dispute it. Outside of that, this morning I vacuumed crushed Cheetos that someone dumped on the 4th floor near my door and picked up grapes that someone sprinkled in a heavy dog area. Toured today with Tasha and this was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. She was very informative, entertaining, and professional. Her personality was very welcoming; allowing room for any questions that we may have had (FYI: there were not many questions because she answered everything during her showings :) I would recommend touring with her!
