I lived in this apartment for one year and had a very positive experience. The community was well-maintained, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I would especially like to thank Olivia Beckett for her support. She gave me the initial tour and was consistently kind, quick to respond, and always resolved any requests I had throughout my stay.
Pros: - Great pool, gym, location, amenities - Quiet - Nice staff and maintenance Cons: - No guest parking. They could easily have limited guest parking if they gave more deck spots to residents. Guests have to park in the public shopping center garage. Also if too many residents park in the outside lot, you have to park in the public garage and walk over. - Low water pressure and limited hot water, shower runs out of hot water in 10 minutes. Work orders were completed quickly and properly. Maintenance was professional and friendly.
