Just wanted to drop in and leave a great review about the staff at Sojourn. The new front desk staff, managers, and facility property management folks are always accommodating, responsive, pleasant and kind. When there is a minor repair needed it is usually same day to 24 hour turn around has been my experience. Managing apartments has to be a challenge and this team does it with a smile.
Lived here for two years. Very good amenities. Staff members were helpful. Parking deck gates didn't always work reliably but this wasn't the fault of the staff or the company and repairs were made after some time. My vehicle was burglarized once in the outside parking area but the staff was helpful and I don't consider them or the complex responsible. I would consider the area mostly safe. Overall, it was a very good experience and I'd recommend Sojourn Glenwood Place.
