Very nice establishment. Great views from the infinity pool. Saunas were good. Setback, a tad small & was crowded.. Instead of relaxing, ppl were chattering away. Unable to truly enjoy
Very clean very nice and super helpful/ friendly staff! I plan to go again and I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel like they've flew out to their own private paradise
The Perfect getaway for a piece of mind, very relaxing atmosphere. Body massages are a little overpriced but very professional
Horrible customer service from start to finish... Don't stay over night rooms over priced // too small // no room service // no bell man // they take your room keys when leaving room . Just hated it !!!
Went yesterday with my friend to celebrate her Birthday we had so much fun and enjoyed all the numerous pools & saunas they have to offer. It is open from 9am to midnight we spent 7 hours there and that time went by so quickly. Clean locker rooms and wonderful robes and towels supplied thru out the facility. Staff were friendly. Being it being a weekday it was crowded and I would avoid the weekends there. We had a nice light bite to eat overlooking the NYC skyline. The gardens are gougeous the views are amazing.
