I totally loved this place. I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that the staff working in the infinity pool area were not professionals. They were very selective on choosing who could takes pics and not, as matter of fact one of the young punks took a pic of a big crowd of like 15 people. This place is great - massage therapists are excellent. Everything is clean and well maintained. Food is good. Pricey, but kind of expect that in a place like this. The only issue I had with my last visit was the staff at the rooftop grill - rude, short with customers and seemed to be some drama amongst the 3 of them behind the counter. They were busy and could have been having a bad day, but pull it together - customers want a smile and "have a nice day" along with the long wait for their $14 sandwich! Very good but they dont let me use my cellphone for picture too bad
I really enjoyed it there .There were so many relaxing pools ,saunas and quiet areas .Didnt like or understand the lack of shoes there .Also there was only one or two places with water that was free .
A wonderful place, super organized and clean. Employee extremely polite. Environments without turmoil and specific noise to relax. My note is 10 for the Spa.
This new ban on cellphones nearly ruined my very much needed bday spa day with friends, I've been going since opening of SOJO and every time I visit it's another rule and a new price ...1st it was $45 , the next time I went it was $55 and bags getting searched and yesterday it was $65 and a ban on cellphones ....I really love sojo but it's becoming such a nuisance just to have a stress free day (the lifeguards and security really was overly attacking everyone over their phones) Unfortunately for me I plan on taking my busine... read more
the place is nice but they have many rules and regulations without sense, as does not use the phone, do not use chairs massage etc el lugar es agradable pero tienen muchas reglas y normas sin sentido, como no utiliza el teléfono, no utilizar sillas masaje etcetera
