Came here for my bachelorette party and it was amazing! Facilities were clean and food was also great!
Meticulously clean. Most of the staff looked and acted completely over it except for Jessica in the ladies locker room who was a total sweetheart and super helpful. Saunas were nice as was the infinity pool. Crowd can get a bit rowdy. Food was flavorful, but grill was closed on the day I went which they failed to mention. Nice place but just okay experience wise.
I had a very nice time there. It was not too crowded. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything appeared clean and well maintained. The various locations were beautiful. I enjoyed the infinity pool which was just the right temperature as well as the outdoor pools. I did not get any treatments but plan to on my next visit. Several eating options were available. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! After driving an hour to what should have been a relaxing day, they made a mistake when booking and had the wrong date. Not only did they NOT try to find us new accommodations but they didn't even apologize for their mistake. I'm disgusted at the lack of customer service we received.
Took my roommate for her birthday and we had the most magical time. It's great for a little day trip. So relaxing, clean, and beautiful views!
I went with a friend and wasn't sure what to expect. It was amazing. The facilities are beauty, and the view from the infinity pool is breathtaking. We ate at the cafe and the dumplings were fantastic. We ended our trip with the 60 Korean body scrub, which was... Not what I was expecting. But I am pretty sure I've never been cleaner. Highly recommend checking it out. Can't wait till next summer when the kids facilities reopen to bring my kids.

Wonderful why to relax and getaway for a few hours.
Thoroughly enjoyable. Midweek, midday, didn't have the place to ourselves but neither was it swarming. Felt perfectly comfortable despite not having a model-perfect young body. The gardens are magnificent -- bravo to the designer and those who are maintaining them.
