I had a horrible experience at this place. It's a lot of fluff with no relaxation available. Very unorganized and confusing, you first have to put your shoes in the locker on the first floor then walk barefooted throughout the whole building, (unsanitary) I did not understand that because all the employees had their shoes on. In addition you're changing in a locker room with no privacy, the person next to you is naked and that is very uncomfortable. ( I felt as if I was at the gym or the YWCA locker room). So relaxing .... such an array of sunas and juccuzzis to choose from ... the infinity pool is breath taking ... what an amazing view of NYC ...I loved the Peace and quiet I got while I was there it's what I wanted and needed! The food for lunch was delicious ! It's so clean and in perfect

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It wasn't over crowed and the towel and robes were amazing that place is so beautiful

Great place, everything is always first class.. amazing views.
It was the best birthday a girl can ask for at Sojo. The staff was super friendly and although we did not book any additional spa treatments in advance they were able to accommodate me and my bf and squeeze us in for a deep muscle message. We spent the whole day there, and their food omg was amazing. I will definitely be recommending and coming back once they add the new spa amenities.
This place is amazing and relaxing. However, I was very disappointed with the spa on my second visit. My friend and I stayed over in the hotel and I had a feet retreat on Saturday and scheduled a hand retreat for Sunday before I left. I asked the lady at the spa desk if I should make an appointment to soak off my gel nails before my hand retreat since I had time that evening or time in the morning and she said no- they would do it during my retreat appointment.
