It seemed very nice until it became overcrowded and you couldn't use the pools. There were women taking photos in areas you are not supposed to have camera's it took a while for the staff to handle it. Also they ran out of robes. The grosses part is, in one of the hot pools there was dead skin floating all over, it was so nasty!!!! I was there on a Saturday afternoon, it's a great idea but they are to new to have a handle on how to run this place. Oh and the spa services are way way over priced!!!
Friendly service. Clean facility. Organized and tranquil. My friends and I started planning the return trip while in the hydrotherapy pool.
Horrible experience gets worse and worse every time I come. Never coming back again. Super crowded and they raise their price twice in the last 2 months. There are cheaper spas out there. They had no valet when I came and ran out of lockers and bath robes. For the amount of money paid I should of had the same experience as others. WILL NEVER GO BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Over crowded and cannot get any room to enjoy facilities.

Pulling up in the car they told us the valet lot was full that we needed to park 3 blocks away due to there being so many people (that should have been our first clue). Second we got there and they raised the price on the weekend to $75 (I get it, supply and demand). We got up to pay and then they told us there was no more women's lockers that we would get a family ... read more

I'm in love with everything being here for the first time better than spa castle
I was very pleased with my first visit... I felt unbelievably relaxed while I was there and extremely relaxed when I left. Worth the money... Very clean and organized. Staff was excellent......
Amazing time!!! Well, thought out spa! You can not get bored. 6 stars!!!!
The spa itself is beautifulllllll and and really worth what you pay for...but the surrounding area seems to be under construction that i did not know where to take a picture. You can see the beautiful NYC skyline but again...the construction are were in the picture. There is a lot to do. The food smelled amazing and super close to the Mitsuwa marketplace i have been dying to go to. Oh and I DEFINITELY recommend people going early in the morning and stay all day to get the beat experience of what they paid for and what the pl... read more
