My experience was like this. I reserved a massage appointment with a female masseuse. As I checked in, the spa rep mentioned I have a male masseuse. I am weirded out by dudes touching me. Just no, no, no, and no. So spa rep found JENNY. She saved the day, so thank you to the female masseuse and to the spa rep for assisting me with my requirements. It was such a great time spent all day there literally got there around 2 and left at 10 I have officially going the best spot ever. Wonderful views, clean and very pretty. The price should be around 45$-50$. love the roof top burger idea but also a bit pricey. Winter time will come and people may not go back unless you consider dropping the price. The pools are very nice. The jet spa pools need to be warmer.
2nd time here and I loved it even more than the 1st time. Great pools with great NYC views. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. Went for a girls day with my friends and we all had an amazing day! I am moving to a Edgewater next month and plan to make SoJo my "go to" as much as I can! Def deserves 5 stars!

Customer service is okay, but I don't think anyone monitors who is coming in and out of the locker rooms. I don't think more than half the people wash themselves before dipping into the hot tubs. Also, who wears regular clothes throughout a Spa? All other Spas regulate guys to shave, Bush teeth, wash themselves before even jumping into the hot tubs. Ah-freaking-mazing! Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, each floor was more amazing than the previous floor. I wanted to eat in the restaurant, but it had closed by the time we go there. Good customer service and all of the guests were amazing as well.
