My first time at SoHo Spa and definitely not my last. An unbelievable relaxing environment from top to bottom
Very nice place. Spacious and clean. A lot of different saunas and pools to choose from. A little pricey for spa treatments and mandatory gratuity is a downside. Excellent varieties of food to choose from. Will definitely be visiting again.
To begin with the outfit to get it on just ugly. I felt I was check in at a jail!! And if you want to look better you pay for a robe. It should be part of it. Its a spa! .Shoes off in one floor ,clothes off in another. Why? Then went to the pool. No chair available. Called one employee. He said I had to wait for someone to get out. I didn't pay $65 To wait for an available chair! And it was not only me. People was arguing over it!! Not a good experience. Not going back
I would most definitely visit here again but the next time i will chose the rental of the robes instead of those nursing looking scrubs and shorts not a good feeling walking around with a big ole wet spot with swimwears under them shorts� so yeah like i said next time....
Had a nice and relaxing experience. Would go back. The service can improve. Need to have signs in the pool are where there are steps to say step up. Have tarp or the grass on the roof top because the ground was very hot to walk on.
Great day today! Clean, modern, and friendly staff. The pools (leisure and spa) are such a great touch. I like the diversity in saunas too. I had a relaxing AND fun day. I'd add more pool chairs and change check in so there's no need to check shoes, just leave them in locker/locker room. That was annoying. Also, PLEASE provide pool flip flops or shoes.
