I was at SoJo yesterday for the first time. Before going I read a negative review and some positive reviews. Based on my five and a half hours there, I believe that the negative review is anomalous. In every contact with any of the staff, from check in to check out, I felt welcomed. The staff were courteous, helpful and many were eager to please. Such a great spa, great staff, excellent prices, best place to go. Will look forward to my next visit.
All you need is access to a cocktail and a few more food choices...Otherwise, the perfect spot for a relaxing day. I even forgot there are children there...you don't see them unless you are on a floor with a cafe. This is certainly a go to spot to relax your mind and be at peace (at least for now).

I really enjoyed my time there recently , everything was nice and clean. I hope it remains this way. Unfortunately in the night time around 9PM in the rooftop infinity pool there were a large # of very obnoxious people. So bad , that one of them had to get escorted out to leave. It was so terrible. But I didn't let that ruin the night. I really hope that they find a way to filter out or limit these types of occurrences.

The facility is amazing, huge and unlike anything else that I know of in this area. It is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. They do a lot of cleaning as the day progresses but bc the entire place is white you do see dark hair super easy and that grossed me out. For your first time visiting it can be overwhelming and I think a "map" you can take with with you or an app that can help navigate would be useful. If you come with kids make sure you have another adult with you to look after your children so you can manage to go and enjoy your self at all other floors as if your child under 13 years old they allow them to be on one floor that have kids Sweeming pool, and there is nothing for adults/parents except food, I was trying to ask for a pool chair but they told me it's not allowed on children's floor. So all you can do at children area is to eat and seat on the regular seating chair.... they need to come up with better idea so ... read more
