I really liked my boyfriend too, and there are several times that we have been there but yesterday they found some people scandalous that was the only thing I did not like.
4 of my girlfriends and I spent Mother's Day here! It is definitely luxurious, relaxing, and very clean. My only complaint is the family of three in the sauna that yelled at us for opening the door to enter. Once we entered they procced to talk the entire time. Like seriously, this isn't your home. Be respectful, and courteous of others. If you want a private suana go elsewhere because this isn't the place.
My girlfriends took me here for a birthday getaway. Had a good time. Place was clean and staff was friendly. The only two issues I had with the club was after being in one of the pools my bathing suit turned a different color. I had noticed it when I was in the spa but didn't say anything. A place you must experience, 5 * very clean and organized, the price is affordable and the food is good
I went here for Mother's Day as a part of a annual Mother's Day outing! This was my first time here! This place is huge with amazing views. I had a great experience
Will visit again, worth every dime great service a must do but leave the kids at home they will get bored the kids section is only good for like 2hrs after that kids will just sit around but if they are teenagers yea then it's cool
I spent about 10 hours here with my boyfriend. I do agree and think maybe they should have more signs for navigation - but that's very minor. I left feeling rejuvenated, and happy. The pools are amazing and the saunas are everything . Will be back soon, like next week soon. :) The staff was everything, 5 star customer service, and the place is squeaky clean.
I went with a friend last Sunday. Spa is beautiful, staff aren't friendly or welcoming. I personally would never go back. Main reason being is that I left with orange hair ! I have ash blonde hair and I do have keratin bond extensions. Which take about 4 hours to do and cost a fortune but after my visit my hair was bright orange and the lightest parts of my hair turned yellow! I was a little bit afraid to try this SPA after reading all this negative comments but my visit on may 10th was very relaxing, coustumere service was good,place was clean not many people on that morning not kids running around.I guess all the complaints and bad experiences help them to correct some negative issues.
