The time wait is absolutely Ridiculous!! My boyfriend has been throwing up since he got here and they just don’t care! Been waiting in the Er for 2 hours now!!
RecommendedAn emergency appendectomy brought me to Soin Medical Center and I now highly recommend Soin. Each staff member I came in contact with was extremely competent and professional, but also kind. I felt as if they really wanted hear my questions or concerns. They made an unexpected stay as pleasant as it could have been.
I was just released after 8 days and I have nothing but praise for all of the doctors, nurses, and all other staff. I had a significant medical emergency and the staff always made me feel as comfortable as I could be. I would like to especially thank the nurses who took care of me while I was in SICU, Erich and Bettina. They were a comfort to me during one of the scariest times in my life. I can never thank them enough. I never want to be in the hospital again, but if I have to, I want to be taken to Kettering.

Spent a week there for a small bowel obstruction. Dr.s were very good! Nursing staff should be ashamed to call themselves ‘healthcare professionals”. Being new to the area, we had no idea. We do NOW!!!

RecommendedMy dad is a patient now, and has been to sycamore several times in the past few years, unfortunately. Currently a patient on the 2nd floor. He has had a real difficult day and night. The staff have been nothing less than awesome. My dad actually said that he has never had a bad nurse, staff person, or experience here. We are soooooo appreciative of the kindness, the attention to details, the concern and compassion. Thank you so much. The Gilbert Family.
