They were very friendly and caring about there patience.
The nurses who took care of my father and law was awesome! Took to long to get back x-rays and blood work.
First, the nurse who put an IV in refused to listen when i said I'd rather her use my left arm because my right had too much scar tissue...she insisted on doing it and couldn't even break the skin but it felt like I was being stabbed....she went to the left arm and it was fine....then an ultrasound tech come in and my friend who was with me asked what she liked and didn't like about her job..she said she hated heroin addicts.....my son died in Jan of an overdose....when the ultrasound came back with no blood clots....they sa... read more
Unfortunately, my first experience in the emergency room at Soin Medical Center was not a good one
I won't be returning! 12 different people telling me 12 different things. None of them have a clue what's going on including the PA-C! Then he decided to give me an attitude when I told him I was confused because I was being treated for something not even remotely close to what I came in for! So disappointed considering I had a wonderful visit with dr. Vargas here last time! My nurse was awesome but confused about the whole thing too. Definitely a communication problem here!
