Lost my fingernail and thought I had an infection. I was put in a cot near the nurse station and not even given a room. Doctor looked At my finger without gloves on. Which I found unsanitary. She briefly looked at it told me to use soap. I asked if maybe they could clean and dress my wound. They sent some intern with a sharp object to try to remove dirt an debris. The staff in the ER are fantastic the keep you informed on what is going on
Within 20 min of my arrival to the ER I had 2 doctors by my side a nurse David starting an iv an X-ray tech outside my door waiting to take X-rays & registration finishing up the registration process ... and I never sat down in the waiting room!!! Who could ask for any better service than that & Everyone was so nice!!discharged 1 1/2 hrs later‼️! You have gained our business Soin Medical Center all the wY from spfld!! We shall return👏👏👍
My mom was not physically able to go home easily being that I have a huge hernia and can not lift her out into a SUV. They wouldn't send her home in an ambulance due to her having to pay out of pocket due to no medical need.
Besides one very unpleasant doctor in the ER, all of the nurses, doctors and staff at this facility are fantastic! The quality of care, patient interaction and support was absolutely outstanding Though you never want to be in the hospital, this is the hospital I would want to be in if I ever have to be in one again!
