Verified Renter BE DTLA is a great community to become a resident of. The complex is in a safe area of downtown LA, has 24/7 security, and requires resident keys to enter any floor of the complex. You truly hardly have to leave your apt. with a grocery store, chipotle, Starbucks, and home office area all at your fingertips if you press the right button on the elevator. If you havent guessed by now I rate BE DTLA 10/10!
Verified Renter The maintenance team is wonderful. Very quick to respond to the (very few) times Ive had an issue. The twice yearly inspections are always done to ensure everything is up to code. Excellent service.
