I've been living in the area for a few months now and I met Brittney Housley while looking for a place to live. She was very kind and i appreciated how professional she was while going through the whole process with me and helping me find the right place for myself. It is a great community and I love the amenities that come with it. I appreciate her and all the company has done for me.
Showed up for a scheduled appointment for a showing at 1pm, and no one was there. Came to the office to find a sign that said they went to lunch. On my way out one of the residents strongly urged me to not live there for a list of problems. I completely believe her based on how unprofessional the leasing office was in scheduling an appointment and being gone, as well as seeing how oddly similar and rehearsed all these 5 star reviews seem. Sofi is a fantastic community, with a diverse socioeconomic mix. This community continues to invest money in it and has wonderful amenities. Management is responsive and the property team is second to none!
