My boyfriend and I (and our two rabbits) are very happy here. Super pet friendly, well maintained property with quick maintenance service. If I could change one thing, it would be the ability of residents to smoke on their balconies, but otherwise our experience has been truly lovely. Nice people, beautiful facility (gym, pool, hot tub), and great neighbor-dogs!

Best apartment complex I have ever lived at (and I lived at several!) So dog friendly and helpful when it comes to issues with the apartment.
I moved into this apartment complex February 1st and was very apprehensive as I have not lived in an apartment complex since 2000. What I can say is that the office staff are very responsive and appear to want to make their residence happy. I had a smooth move in and additionally when I reported issues they have responded immediately. I lived on that property for roughly 2 years. I can honestly say that the front staff is extremely helpful and really friendly, even to my last day there. The day before my last day, there was a snow storm that made is extremely difficult for me to move. I needed the night of my checkout day to finish moving. I went to see Doug in the morning and he told me I could just checkout the next day at 9am. He helped me out in a time of need and it really is a reflection of the type of folks that work at the front office.
After nearly a tear here, I STILL like it! My dog and I enjoy walking around the neighboring area, it is pretty quiet. The amenities are good, especially the dog washing station! The management and staff are warm and friendly, I can BBQ on my deck or at the poolside grills... Overall, I like it very much and recommend Sofi to anyone.
I am an online fitness coach that works from home so I spend a lot of time here at Sofi. I don’t have anything negative to say about it. I moved into Sofi Westminster in September and it has been great so far! The amenities are awesome, but the dog park and package locker room are my favorite! Place is quiet and people are friendly. The office staff and maintenance guys are super helpful. Doug is an awesome property manager! If you’re looking for a great home, Sofi Westminster is your best choice!
