Honestly don't even waste your time. I applied within 24 hours to try to get a deal and a few days later called to check on my application. Well apparently my application never went through. I was told that if I apply again for the same model, and email a photo over of what pricing I was promised. They could honor this. Well they can't honor that and I'm out $300 till they can refund me. RecommendedI have been living here for just a few months now, and it has been great. It's very quite, compared to alot of other places I have lived. The staff is top notch, they keep the place in very good condition, and clean. I would recommend to anyone.
I moved here from WV without having seen the apartment and was very pleasantly surprised. The amenities are great (especially for dog owners), maintenance is quick and good at their job, and the grounds have plenty of trees and squirrels. We have a larger 1 bedroom and it's the perfect amount of space with a very livable layout. Being so dog friendly (a spa!), there is barking in the neighborhood. But my husband and I barely notice.
5 STARS. This is a great place. I stayed here on a short term lease for my work. They always are having fun apartment gatherings to keep the place fun. The staff was very friendly. It is safe, friendly, apartments are nice and located close to great food and shopping. Sofi Westminster exceeded all of our expectations when we moved to Colorado. While the complex itself has been around for a while, it doesn't show with the new clean and modern renovations. Our apartment has been the perfect first step with plenty of space, new carpets and flooring, brand new stainless steel appliances, and brushed nickel hardware. I like it, central for work commutes. Staff is great. Sick pool area. Just don't be rude if you live here, everyone is nice so we want to keep it that way. Super quiet at night too, even with wads right there. 👍🏻😊
I've lived in this complex for 13 years, and it is truly my home. The office staff is wonderful, and the grounds are beautiful. I'm a single woman and I feel completely safe living here and have never had any problems. I commute 17 miles one way to work every day, and people ask why I don't move closer to my job, why should I? I love where I live.
Staff, pricing, service, attentiveness, amenities, and location. Call the staff to find out more, they are extremely friendly and happy to help. One of the best property complexes I have seen in or around Denver.
